Last Date to Affiliate for Caucus
February 7, 2022 is the last day to affiliate as a Democratic and be eligible to participate in caucus. You must be a registered Democrat to participate in the Democratic caucuses.

All Democratic caucuses in El Paso County will be held on March 5, 2022 at 2 PM with a 1 PM check-in.
Currently planned to be a hybrid of in-person and virtual meetings.

The El Paso County Democratic Party collects personal information that is needed to register and credential individuals to attend Caucus. Caucus is a civic, public event. Participants are exercising their right to public assembly and to free speech and that speech is available to the public community at large to hear and observe.
Collected registration information
At the El Paso County Democratic party, we value your privacy.
Registration information you provide may be used for the following purposes:

To confirm that you are credentialed as a registered Democrat to participate in Caucus

To determine your Caucus location (for in-person attendees)

To provide Zoom registration you will need (for virtual attendees)

To collect demographic data to advance the party’s diversity and outreach goals

To record your participation and activist codes in the Democratic Party VAN database

If you have requested to become an Election Judge, to provide your contact information the El Paso County Clerk and Recorder.

If you have requested to become an Assembly Delegate, to provide you with follow-on information regarding attendance at County and District Assemblies. Delegate lists may be provided to the following entities:

If you have requested to become a Precinct Organizer (Precinct Committee Person), to include you on the party roster for precinct organizer and to receive subsequent communication subsequent regarding Precinct Organizer duties. Precinct organizer lists may be provided to the following entities:

Attendance at Caucus

The Caucus event is a public meeting

It will be recorded and may be made available in part or in whole to the public

Press and new media may attend Caucus and include your photos and your statements in news articles

The event will be live streamed on Facebook

Images may appear of the El Paso County Dems social media sites
Individuals who are participating virtually on Zoom may turn off their camera if they do not wish to have their image visible.
