About the Election

On the ballot this year are the six (6) City Council District seats and a ballot question. The General Municipal Election is a 100% mail-in ballot election. There are no in-person polling centers. For more information about the election, see the Colorado Springs City Clerk's website or call the City Election line at (719) 385-5901, option 4.

Municipal Election Ballots Mailed to Voters 

 A ballot will be mailed by the Colorado Springs City Clerk to all active registered voters on March 9, 2021.

Election Day

Your ballot will only be counted if it arrives at the City Clerk's Office by US Mail or is put in a dropbox by 7PM, April 6, 2021. Postmarks don't count.

The Colorado Spring City Council Elections are nonpartisan elections. The El Paso County Democratic Party makes no endorsements but we do support and encourage voters to consider these highly qualified registered Democrats and Progressives running for City Council seats. (D=Democrat, U=Unaffiliated).
