What is Central Committee?
The El Paso County Central Committee is the governing body of the El Paso County Democratic Party while the County Assembly/Convention is not in session. The officers of the Central Committee are the County Party Chair, 1st Vice Chair, 2nd Vice Chair, Treasurer and Secretary.
Am I on the Central Committee?
Central Committee Membership includes:

The County Party officers: Chair, 1st Vice Chair, 2nd Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer.

The Chairs of district committees in El Paso County. Districts include State House Districts 14-21, State Senate Districts 9-12, County Commissioner Districts 1-5. District information.

Precinct Organizers of all precincts in the county. Note that Adoptive Precinct Organizers are NOT members of the Central Committee. An Adoptive Precinct Organizer is someone who does not reside in the precinct but is acting as Precinct Organizer until a resident of the precinct is found for the position.
