HB 1170 Residential Tenants Health & Safety Act (aka Safe and Healthy Homes Act) Strengthen the tenant's ability to enforce the terms of the lease contract concerning maintenance problems that make the premises uninhabitable including the presence of mold and allow tenant to break the lease if habitability issues not addressed within 24 to 72 hours.

Equality:

SB 085 Equal Pay for Equal Work Act Address the root causes of pay disparity in order to address the pay gap through transparency in advertising promotion opportunities, disclosing salaray ranges for all job listings, prohibit employer from requesting applicant salary history, keep record of job descriptions and salaries for all employees; ability to challenge pay disparities within 2 years of discovery of the pay disparity and challenge retaliation by employers for complaints of unequal pay.
