Meet Your Candidates & Run For Office

Dear Democrats of El Paso County,

We had record turnout last Thursday night for Cary Kennedy (Candidate for Governor) and Bernard Douthit (candidate State Treasurer). Multiple other candidates spoke including; CD5 Candidate Stephany Rose Spaulding, HD18 Candidate Terry Martinez, HD16 candidate Andrew Smith and in our pitch to fill empty seats we even had one of our dedicated volunteers Gil Armendariz, stand up to run for Senate District 9. Please Come support your candidates this Sunday at library 21C. Caucus is fast approaching across the county we have been organizing and now have 33 sites. Please look at our website at https://www.epcodemparty.org/ to find your caucus location. Participate to choose your candidates and form the party platform with your resolutions. If you are a PCP or want to run your precinct caucus, contact us we are conducting trainings throughout the month of February. We have worked hard this month to get Every Candidate Running to our county so that you can meet them and decide which Governor candidate you will caucus for, and who you want to choose at our assembly for county and state candidates and who you want to choose at state assembly for all other candidates. Additionally we still have many open seats, if you have ever considered running for office, now is the time and we need you. (see the bottom of this email for open seats) This is your democracy and it only works when you participate. We are a 100% local volunteer party, join us and make a difference by helping to get good people elected who stand for our values. Thank you, Electra Johnson, Chair El Paso County Democratic Party
